SalveoWell, a leading health and wellness company, reaffirmed its commitment to employee welfare by sponsoring school essentials for the children of its workforce. The initiative, which began in 2017, benefited more than 200 students this year.

Annual Shopping Event

On Saturday, May 23, SalveoWell organized a special shopping experience for employees and their children at the SM Store Clark. Families were able to purchase bags, shoes, and other school supplies as part of the program.

SalveoWell Chief Executive Officer Reach Yanes and company president Arkie Rivera joined the employees during the activity, demonstrating the leadership's hands-on involvement.

Inspired by Personal Experience

Yanes shared that the program was inspired by their own experiences as parents and the desire to ease the financial burden on families during the school season. “As a parent, we understand that every school opening is very expensive and it's hard to make ends meet when children have many needs. That's why in 2017, even when the company was still small, we already thought of helping parents,” Yanes said in Filipino.

Employee Gratitude

Emmalyn Galang, a team leader from the Customer Service Department, expressed her appreciation for the management's support. “I want to thank SalveoWell not only for taking care of their business but also their employees and families,” Galang said.

Educational Scholarship Grants

In addition to the annual school assistance program, SalveoWell offers educational scholarship grants. Employees may receive up to P100,000 in financial assistance for their children, with up to three children per employee qualifying for the program.
