Mayweather vs Tyson Exhibition Postponed Due to Injury

The planned exhibition match between Hall of Famer Floyd Mayweather and Mike Tyson has been officially postponed due to a hand injury sustained by Tyson.

According to a report from USA Today, the bout was originally expected to take place in April, but due to the unforeseen incident, it has been delayed.

"Training, punching stuff," Tyson revealed. "Just a little sprain, I have to go hard, it's the only way I've got to go."

"Tyson and Mayweather will have a short moment to wait while Tyson fully recovers from a broken hand he injured during training," the press release stated.

No new venue or official date has been announced yet, but organizers have stated that further details will be released soon.

It was also reported that the 49-year-old Mayweather is set to face Filipino boxing legend and eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao again this September in Las Vegas.
