Mindanao Repertory Community (MRC), a Davao-based theatre group, will stage Hanggang Sa Muli, a jukebox musical featuring songs from the legendary Filipino vocal group The CompanY. The production combines music, theatre, and philanthropy, with proceeds benefiting the Davao Amuma Cancer Support Group.
Performance Schedule and Venue
The musical runs on August 22–23, August 28–29, September 5–6, and September 12–13, 2026, at the Leo Dominguez Amphitheater, Ateneo de Davao University–Matina Campus. All shows begin at 6:00 p.m.
Musical Narrative and Themes
Hanggang Sa Muli weaves The CompanY's beloved songs into an original story exploring love, hope, friendship, resilience, and second chances. The production pays tribute to one of the Philippines' most enduring vocal groups, whose music has defined generations.
Philanthropic Mission
Proceeds support the Davao Amuma Cancer Support Group, a local organization providing care and assistance to cancer patients and their families. The production highlights the performing arts' power to make a community impact.
Creative Team
Stage direction is by Dwyieth Antipolo and Jairus Rosello, with musical direction by Jose Mari Dela Peña. Choreography is by Hannah Paniero and Jasper Collado, with Neil Angelo Bularon as musical arranger. Bong Aviola and Fonzi Marquez serve as production consultants. The musical is written and directed by Engr. Jairus Rosello.
