Brigadier General Emmanuel Cabasan, commander of the 1103rd Infantry Brigade, delivered a powerful message of unity and peaceful coexistence during the 58th founding anniversary celebration of the Moro National Liberation Front and Grand Iftar on Wednesday, March 18.
