Details of the Fatal Shooting
The victim, Manicahan Barangay Councilor Julambri Utubara, was tragically shot and killed in the early hours of Saturday, November 22. The attack occurred around 1:20 a.m. on Martha Drive in Sta. Catalina village, Zamboanga City. According to reports, Utubara was driving his motorcycle when an assailant, also on a motorcycle, targeted him and fired shots using a caliber .45 pistol.
