A significant leadership reorganization within the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO) has placed new officers at the helm of several municipal police stations and key provincial units. The changes were formalized during a turnover ceremony held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at the Pampanga PPO headquarters.
New Chiefs Assume Command in Municipalities and City
The ceremony, spearheaded by Colonel Eugene Marcelo, the Provincial Director of the Pampanga PPO, saw the designation of new acting chiefs of police. This reshuffle is part of a strategic move to reinvigorate police leadership and operations across the province. The newly installed municipal police chiefs are:
- Lieutenant Colonel Fercel Deloria for the Magalang Municipal Police Station.
- Lieutenant Colonel Julius A. Javier for the Mexico Municipal Police Station.
- Lieutenant Colonel Julius C. Alvaro for the Candaba Municipal Police Station.
- Lieutenant Colonel Julito A. Ravena II for the Porac Municipal Police Station.
Furthermore, the City of San Fernando Police Station will now be under the leadership of Lieutenant Colonel Pearl Joy C. Gollayan.

- Lieutenant Colonel Jose Chalmar Gundaya, appointed as chief of the Provincial Police Strategy Management Unit and officer-in-charge of the Human Rights Affairs Office.
