On June 26, 2026, ContactPoint360 celebrated a full day of milestones in Cebu City, Philippines, by relaunching its recruitment hub in a larger, upgraded space and then hosting its Drag Extravaganza Year 3 in the evening, just before the close of Pride Month.
Recruitment Hub Relaunch
The afternoon relaunch was led by Vice President and Country Head Alfie Torres, who welcomed employees, partners, and guests to the new facility. He was joined by Talent Acquisition Director Hanna Cristina Espinosa, ContactPoint360’s Cebu site leaders, and Chief Operating Officer Ramesh Kumar. Cebu City Councilor Harold Kendrick Go also attended, highlighting the local government’s ties with the BPO sector, a major job source in the city.
The upgraded hub can now accommodate up to 150 applicants at a time, a significant increase from its previous capacity. It is open for walk-in applicants from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering jobseekers a wider window to apply. ContactPoint360 operates across three sites in Cebu: the 10th and 11th floors of Skyrise 4B in IT Park, the 6th floor of Skyrise Alpha, and the 10th and 12th floors of Skyrise Beta in Cebu Business Park.
Drag Extravaganza Year 3
After the recruitment hub relaunch, the celebration continued into the evening with the third annual Drag Extravaganza, one of the company’s most anticipated traditions as part of its Pride Month lineup. Earlier in June, ContactPoint360 lit its building in rainbow colors to mark the start of Pride Month, showing support for its LGBTQIA+ employees. The following day, June 27, team members joined Cebu City’s Pride Parade.
According to Alfie Torres, “Expanding the business and standing behind our people are not separate efforts; they happen together.” The back-to-back events underscored the company’s commitment to both growth and workplace culture.
