PHLPost Launches Guimaras Mango Delivery for Festival

The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost) has introduced a special delivery service enabling customers in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu to order and receive fresh Guimaras mangoes directly at their doorsteps during the Manggahan Festival 2026. This initiative runs from May 15 to 24 as part of the annual festival celebration in Guimaras province.

Supporting Local Agriculture

The program aims to promote local agricultural products while providing crucial support to mango farmers and producers in Guimaras. By connecting urban consumers directly with growers, PHLPost seeks to strengthen the supply chain for this premium fruit.

PHLPost partnered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Guimaras Mango Growers and Producers Development Cooperative to make this service possible. The collaboration ensures that the mangoes meet quality standards and reach customers efficiently.

“We are proud to help bring the pride of Guimaras to Filipino homes through efficient and dependable delivery services,” PHLPost said in a statement.

How to Order

Customers can place orders through the website mangoestometro.com by completing an order form, entering delivery details, and making payment via the QR Ph network. After payment, they must upload proof of payment to confirm the transaction.

Currently, the delivery service covers Metro Manila and Metro Cebu to ensure efficient handling and timely distribution of the fresh produce. PHLPost emphasized that these areas were selected to maintain the quality and freshness of the mangoes during transit.

Pricing and Delivery Time

A 5-kilogram box of premium Guimaras mangoes costs P1,600 for deliveries within Metro Manila and P1,500 for Metro Cebu addresses. Customers can expect their orders to arrive within three to seven business days, depending on delivery schedules and operational conditions.

PHLPost noted that the initiative reflects its ongoing efforts to expand beyond traditional mail and parcel services. By helping connect communities, support local enterprises, and make premium Filipino products more accessible to consumers nationwide, the postal service continues to modernize its offerings.
