Jollibee Q3 2025 Profit Hits P3B as Global Expansion Accelerates
Jollibee Q3 Profit Rises 8% to P3.03 Billion

Jollibee Foods Corporation, the Philippines' leading fast-food giant, demonstrated robust financial performance in the third quarter of 2025, with international operations driving significant growth that compensated for more moderate domestic expansion.

Strong Financial Metrics Across the Board

The company announced impressive results for the July-September period, revealing that systemwide sales jumped 16.8 percent to reach P115.1 billion. This substantial increase was primarily fueled by outstanding performance in international markets, where sales skyrocketed by 32.4 percent. Meanwhile, the Philippine market maintained steady growth with a 5.5 percent increase in sales.

Revenue figures showed healthy advancement, climbing 12.8 percent compared to the same period last year. More significantly, EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) rose 14.2 percent to P11.0 billion, indicating strong operational efficiency and profitability.

Profit Growth and Shareholder Rewards

Net income attributable to equity holders saw an 8 percent increase, reaching P3.03 billion for the third quarter. This profit growth was partially supported by a reversal of foreign-exchange losses that had previously impacted the company's financial results.

In a move that will please investors, JFC's board approved a higher regular cash dividend of P2.11 per share, representing a substantial 15.9 percent increase from the previous year's payout. This decision reflects management's confidence in the company's ongoing financial stability and future prospects.

Aggressive Global Store Expansion

Jollibee's physical presence continues to grow at an impressive pace. The company reported opening 754 new stores year-to-date, with 77 percent of these operating under franchise agreements rather than company ownership. This strategic approach to expansion helps manage capital expenditure while accelerating global reach.

This aggressive store rollout has pushed Jollibee's total global network to 10,304 stores worldwide, cementing its position as one of the largest fast-food chains operating across multiple continents. The company's international footprint now spans numerous countries, with particular strength in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

The third quarter results demonstrate Jollibee's successful execution of its global growth strategy, with international markets increasingly contributing to the company's overall financial health. While domestic growth has moderated, the Philippines remains a crucial and stable foundation for the brand's worldwide ambitions.
