State-run Pag-IBIG Fund has successfully concluded its major year-end raffle promotions, awarding cash prizes as high as P500,000 to lucky members. The initiatives, designed to broaden the agency's reach, have proven particularly effective in attracting overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) and individuals from the informal sector, while also encouraging greater use of its loan facilities.
Grand Draws Cap Year-Long Promotions
The agency held the final grand draws for its two major raffle promotions on December 16, 2025, in Makati City. These events marked the culmination of campaigns that ran for most of the year, directly supporting President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s directive to widen access to housing, savings, and financial aid for all Filipino workers.
One-Plus-One Raffle Promo: Rewarding Member Advocacy
Launched in January 2025, the One-Plus-One Raffle Promo turned active members into "PagIBIGfluencers." Their mission was to invite non-members to register or encourage inactive members to reactivate their accounts, thereby expanding the base for the fund's savings and housing programs.
The year-end grand draw produced three major winning pairs. One pair won P500,000 each, another pair received P250,000 each, and a third pair took home P100,000 each. Additionally, 30 PagIBIGfluencers and their 30 referred "plus ones" were awarded consolation prizes of P10,000 each.
MPL Loan-to-Win Raffle: Incentivizing Cash Loans
Running since February 2025, the Multi-Purpose Loan (MPL) Loan-to-Win Raffle Promo targeted members who availed of Pag-IBIG's short-term cash loan. This facility is designed for various needs, including medical expenses, education, small business capital, and household requirements.
Borrowers earned one raffle entry per approved loan, with bonus entries granted for online applications via Virtual Pag-IBIG, first-time borrowers, and loans exceeding P50,000. The grand draw named 24 major winners: four won P50,000, four received P40,000, and sixteen were awarded P30,000. Another 80 MPL borrowers won P10,000 each as consolation prizes.
Sustained Impact and Transparency
Pag-IBIG reported that the latest winners join 756 recipients from earlier MPL draws and 94 winners from previous One-Plus-One draws, demonstrating the promotions' sustained engagement throughout the year. The agency emphasized that details of all winners and instructions for claiming prizes are available on its official website and Facebook page, ensuring full transparency for its millions of members.
The dual raffle strategy not only provided immediate financial rewards to hundreds of members but also effectively advanced the fund's core mission: bringing more Filipinos, especially those in often underserved sectors, into the formal financial safety net.
