This crucial stage involves assessing applicants' abilities, qualifications, and suitability for various administrative and technical roles within the organization.

By selecting highly qualified NUPs, the office aims to strengthen its institutional capacity and improve service efficiency throughout the Negros Island Region.

Their contributions are integral to maintaining the professionalism, integrity, and accountability that PRO-NIR upholds in its commitment to public service.

Through this recruitment initiative, PRO-NIR reinforces its mission to deliver prompt, responsive, and community-oriented protection services across the region. The office has also commended all applicants for their interest and dedication, encouraging them to demonstrate professionalism and commitment as the recruitment process continues.
