Ayala Land has officially opened a new chapter in its Cebu expansion with the public launch of Gatewalk Drive, a strategic access road that signals the beginning of a major transformation in Mandaue City. The event, held on December 18, 2025, marks the first physical step in developing Gatewalk into the area's newest integrated commercial and lifestyle district.

The newly inaugurated road connects Lopez Jaena Street to M. Logarta Avenue, improving mobility and creating a more strategic route within Mandaue's northern corridor. Ayala Land was represented by senior executives including Yeng Tupaz, Head of Central Luzon and VisMin Estates, Jay Teodoro, Deputy Head for VisMin Estates, and Bong Gonzales, Construction Management Product Line Head for Estates.
