Klook Opens First Philippine Airport Lounge at Clark, Boosting Central Luzon Tourism
Klook Opens First PH Airport Lounge in Clark

In a significant move to boost tourism in the region, Klook Philippines and the Luzon International Premiere Airport Development Corporation (LIPAD) have officially launched a first-of-its-kind travel lounge inside Clark International Airport. This partnership, announced on January 13, 2026, marks a new chapter in enhancing the travel experience for visitors to Clark and the wider Central Luzon area.

A New Hub for Travelers at Clark Airport

The newly opened Klook Kiosk and Lounge is designed as a convenient one-stop hub for relaxation and last-minute trip planning. It provides a dedicated space where passengers can unwind, manage their existing bookings, and get expert assistance from the Klook team right before their flight. This facility is not only the first Klook lounge in the Philippines but also only the fourth such airport lounge the global travel platform has established worldwide.

Shared Vision for Elevated Travel

Michelle Ho, General Manager of Klook Philippines, expressed enthusiasm about the launch. She highlighted the company's growing user base in the country and the increasing number of passengers choosing Clark as their gateway. Ho stated that the lounge is a direct response to Klook's mission of providing travelers with access to unmatched experiences, a vision shared with their partner, LIPAD.

Noel Manankil, President and CEO of LIPAD, welcomed the collaboration with Klook, a leading platform for travel experiences. He emphasized that the partnership is a strategic step to attract more visitors and elevate the tourism potential of Clark and Central Luzon. Manankil pointed out that the lounge will provide a welcoming space that enhances the overall passenger journey through Clark International Airport (CRK).

Building on a Foundation of Improved Passenger Experience

Since taking over the operations of Clark International Airport in 2019, LIPAD has been actively working to improve the passenger experience. Their initiatives have included introducing self-service check-in kiosks, self-bag drop facilities, inclusive restrooms, and 24-hour customer experience teams available both online and offline.

The collaboration with Klook builds directly on this momentum. According to LIPAD, this joint effort strengthens their shared mission of delivering smoother and more seamless journeys for every traveler passing through the Clark gateway. The Klook Kiosk and Lounge stands as the latest innovative offering that passengers can look forward to as part of their travel itinerary.
