The centerpiece of this festive event is the Pampanga Eye, a colossal structure recognized as the biggest Ferris wheel in the entire Philippines. Standing at an impressive 65 meters (213 feet) tall, it will undergo a magical metamorphosis. Instead of its usual glow, the wheel will be covered with thousands of dancing LED lights, creating the illusion of a massive, traditional Filipino lantern lighting up the night sky.
