Pampanga Provincial Government Distributes P15,000 Cash Aid to 97 Newly Licensed Professionals
The Provincial Government of Pampanga has successfully distributed a cash assistance package of P15,000 to each of 97 newly licensed professionals who recently passed their board examinations. The distribution ceremony was held at the Capitol, with Vice Governor Dennis Delta Pineda personally handing out the financial support to the recipients.
Supporting Professional Careers and Educational Development
Vice Governor Pineda emphasized that this program is designed to assist board passers as they embark on the next phase of their professional journeys. The initiative reflects the ongoing commitment of Governor Lilia Nanay Pineda and Vice Governor Delta to bolster education and professional growth among the youth of Pampanga, according to official statements from the Capitol.
The breakdown of this year's board passers includes:
- One from BS Accountancy
- One from BS Civil Engineering
- 12 from BS Criminology
- One from BS Education
- Three from BS Medical Technology
- 15 from BS Psychology
- 65 from BS Social Work
Integration with Existing Educational Programs
Most of the recipients are also participants in the Educational Financial Assistance Program (EFAP) administered by the Pampanga Provincial Government. EFAP provides scholarships for college students as well as senior high school scholars, creating a comprehensive support system for educational advancement.
In addition to these efforts, the provincial government extends its support to out-of-school youth and other underprivileged Kapampangans through the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
