This distribution is part of the ongoing Angat Bangsamoro: Kabataan Tungo sa Karunungan (ABaKa) Program, which aims to reduce financial barriers to education.

The payout, which began on Monday, November 10, 2025, encompasses learners from all eight municipalities within the Special Geographic Area. According to MSSD-BARMM's official announcement, the beneficiary distribution includes:
- 917 elementary pupils receiving ₱2,000 each
- 917 high school students receiving ₱3,000 each
- 551 college students receiving ₱10,000 each
Notably, the list of beneficiaries includes 293 qualified college students who are dependents of participants in MSSD's Unlad Pamilyang Bangsamoro Program, demonstrating the ministry's comprehensive approach to family support.
Sustained Educational Support and Future Expansion
This annual subsidy program directly addresses the financial challenges facing students from poor, low-income, and disadvantaged families, enabling them to cover essential educational expenses such as school fees, supplies, books, projects, and internet connectivity. Since its implementation, the ABaKa program has supported an impressive 138,505 learners across the Bangsamoro region.
The MSSD has expressed its commitment to further expanding the program's reach, aiming to assist more Bangsamoro youth in pursuing their academic goals and building a brighter future through education.
