The Secondary Level produced an even greater number of topnotchers, with four former 4Ps scholars making the region proud. The high achievers are:

A Testament to Government Program's Long-Term Impact

DSWD Regional Director Shalaine Marie Lucero hailed the success of the newly licensed teachers as strong evidence of education's power and the crucial role of robust government support. She emphasized that the 4Ps is a program designed to help the youth continue their schooling and achieve their dreams despite poverty and challenging life circumstances.

The graduates themselves attribute a significant part of their journey to the program. Marjoe Mejias dedicated his achievement to the DSWD and 4Ps, which assisted him not only financially but also provided moral and emotional support. He extended his gratitude to the City and Municipal Links of 4Ps for their continuous care and guidance for beneficiaries at the grassroots level.

For Niño Sanchez, the 4Ps was a major help in his educational journey. He stated that the program's sustained support gave him the strength and opportunity to pursue his studies despite life's hardships, considering his success a "shared success with the 4Ps."

Inspiring a Future Built on Education

According to the DSWD Field Office 7, these accomplishments demonstrate the long-term results of the 4Ps program, achieved through its conditional cash grants, family development sessions, and consistent monitoring of education and health. The agency underscored that these outcomes are a direct result of a holistic support system.

These six new teachers now stand as beacons of inspiration and hope. Their stories powerfully illustrate that when education is backed by community and government support, it can truly change lives and build a stronger future for the nation.
