Joanamarie Candice R. Senillo, a student from Magugpo Pilot Imelda Elementary School - SPED Center (MPIES) in Tagum City, has achieved a significant milestone by winning a bronze medal at the 2026 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Mathematical Olympiad Final Round. The event was held at the Hong Kong Science Park, where she stood out as one of the 16 Philippine winners, showcasing the country's talent on an international platform.

Global Recognition in Grade 4 Category

Competing against elite young mathematicians from around the world, Senillo not only secured a medal but also emerged as one of only 28 awardees globally in the Grade 4 category.
