Ryzza Mae Dizon Buys Neighbor's House After Winning Contest

Ryzza Mae Dizon, the 2012 Little Miss Philippines winner and former co-host of Eat Bulaga, revealed that she experienced discrimination due to her family's poverty.

In an interview on Toni Gonzaga's YouTube channel "Toni Talks," Ryzza recalled an incident from her childhood. "I experienced it when I was a child. We had a neighbor with a big house. Their balikbayan grandchild arrived," she said.

"I played with him, and I accidentally hit a vase. Only a small piece broke. They told me, 'That is worth more than your life!' That stuck with me, and I told myself that one day I would work hard so no one would say that to me again," she added.

"I never forgot that. And here's the plot twist, Miss Toni. After I won, I bought their house," Ryzza shared, as she celebrated her 21st birthday on June 12, 2026.
