Vlogger Francis Leo Marcos, whose legal name is Norman Mangusin, was officially transferred to the Parañaque City Jail on Friday, February 27, 2026. This move came after he was unable to post bail set at P120,000 for multiple criminal charges.

Mangusin was initially arrested on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, based on complaints filed by fellow vlogger Makagago, identified as Mark Jayson Warnakulahewa. The charges involve 12 counts of unjust vexation, stemming from disrespectful remarks made by Mangusin against Warnakulahewa's wife and mother.
Following his arrest, elements of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) escorted Mangusin, who was handcuffed and wearing an orange detainee shirt, to the Parañaque City Jail. The court committed him to the facility after he failed to secure bail.
Jail Conditions and Quarantine Protocol
Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) spokesperson Superintendent Jayrex Joseph Bustinera provided details on Mangusin's incarceration. According to Bustinera, Mangusin will undergo a mandatory five-day quarantine period before being moved to a regular cell.
