Filipino theater actor and Britain's Got Talent finalist Matty Juniosa has achieved another milestone in his career. He has been cast in the critically acclaimed rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar, created by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The West End production is scheduled to run at The London Palladium from June 20 to September 5, 2026. Matty will portray the role of Annas, one of the high priests in the musical. The announcement was made by the official Instagram account of the musical production on April 30, 2026.
