The International Criminal Court (ICC) has set several important dates for the further progress of the case of former President Rodrigo Duterte, who has been detained in The Hague, Netherlands, for over a year. This follows the first status conference in his case held on May 27.

- June 29 – Submission by the Prosecution of its initial list of witnesses
- July 14 – Third status conference
- August 31 – Cut-off for the Prosecution's submission of its final witness list and evidence
- September 28 – Trial briefing for the representatives of the victims
- October 30 – Trial briefing for the Defense panel
Trial Expected in November 2026
The trial against the former Philippine president is expected to begin on November 30, 2026. That month will mark the 20th month since his arrest in Manila.
