Authorities arrested the alleged regional "Top 2 Most Wanted Person" in Bukidnon at Sitio Targetan, Barangay Pandacan, Pinamungajan town at 9:27 p.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
Suspect Identified as Dale
The suspect, identified by the alias Dale, 37, is a native of Barangay Tongantongan, Valencia City, Bukidnon province. He faces seven counts of statutory rape and is not eligible for temporary freedom through bail.
The operation was launched after the Pinamungajan Municipal Police Station received information about the accused's presence in the town. According to police, he had been hiding in the area for some time.
Warrant and Joint Operation
Based on a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Wilfredo Gutang Bibera Jr., presiding judge of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 46 in Valencia City, joint forces quickly raided Dale's hideout.
The successful arrest was carried out by the Pinamungajan Police, the Provincial Intelligence Unit of the Cebu Police Provincial Office (CPPO), the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), and intelligence operatives from Valencia City Police Station.
