This targeted operation focused on a suspect who remains at large and is facing charges for violating Section 8 of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. During the operation, authorities seized two containers of a liquid chemical believed to be phenylacetone, with an estimated total volume of approximately 20 liters.
