"By combining intelligence, teamwork, and community support, PRO-NIR has effectively disrupted illegal drug networks, protected communities, and ensured that its enforcement efforts deliver lasting results," Malong stated.

Future Focus: Sustained and Intensified Campaign

Brigadier General Arnold Thomas Ibay, PRO-NIR director, commended all units for their dedication and courage. He emphasized that the campaign remains relentless and unwavering.

Ibay outlined the future multi-pronged strategy, which includes:

  • Intensifying sustained intelligence-led operations for precise, results-oriented actions.
  • Strengthening case build-up and coordination with prosecutors to secure convictions.
  • Maintaining a strong community-based approach, engaging LGUs and barangay officials in preventive and rehabilitative initiatives.
  • Focusing on intensive drug-clearing operations in all cities and municipalities to systematically dismantle networks and neutralize high-value targets.

Ibay sent a powerful message, assuring the public that PRO-NIR's resolve is unshakable. He stated that illegal drugs will find no sanctuary, no safe haven, and no tolerance under their watch, promising to continue pursuing justice and protecting communities with unyielding determination.
