The Angeles City Government Council has officially recognized Mayor Carmelo 'Jon' Lazatin II following his ranking as the second top-performing mayor in Central Luzon, according to the latest survey by the RP-Mission and Development Foundation Inc. (RPMD Foundation). The recognition was formalized through Sangguniang Panlungsod Resolution No. 12476, Series of 2026, introduced by Vice Mayor Amos B. Rivera.
Performance Rating and Public Trust
The resolution commended Lazatin for achieving an 84.3 percent performance rating in the survey, highlighting the public's trust and confidence in his leadership. The document also acknowledged his unwavering commitment to delivering efficient and responsive public service to the residents of Angeles City.
