During a plenary session, Zamboanga del Sur Rep. Jeyzel Victoria Yu announced that the chamber had received the resignation letters of 1Tahanan Party-list Rep. Nathaniel Oducado and Pinoy Workers Party-list Rep. Franz Vincent Legazpi. Subsequently, she formally filed a motion to remove the two from the official list of House members.
