Chinese Nationals Arrested in P17B Shabu Bust in Mindoro
Two Chinese nationals were arrested in Occidental Mindoro after their speedboat carrying billions-worth of shabu ran aground. Authorities recovered an estimated 860 kilograms of methamphetamine with a market value of P5.8 billion.
