CARP Regional Trade Fair Opens in Angeles City

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Central Luzon is launching a major economic event this week to empower local farmers and entrepreneurs.

Showcasing Central Luzon's Best Products

The 8th Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) Regional Trade Fair will run from November 13 to 16, 2025 at the Event Center of Marquee Mall in Angeles City, Pampanga. This four-day event, carrying the theme "Angat Agraryo para sa Bagong Pilipinas," will bring together 102 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Agrarian Reform Beneficiary Organizations (ARBOs) from across Region III.

Attendees can explore a rich variety of local products proudly presented under their provincial brands. The participating brands include Siempre Aurora from Aurora, Galing ng Bataan, Tatak Bulakenyo from Bulacan, Taas Noo Novo Ecijano from Nueva Ecija, Love Pampanga, Natural Tarlac, and the Best of Zambales.

A Platform for Growth and Market Expansion

The trade fair is projected to generate a significant economic impact, with sales expected to reach at least ₱8.3 million. Visitors will find a diverse lineup of goods, including fresh agricultural produce, processed foods, handcrafted items, wearables, intricate woodcraft, holiday decorations, bamboo and rattan products, and natural cosmetics.

According to the DTI, the primary goal of this year's fair is to provide a stronger marketing and selling platform for the region's agrarian reform communities. The event is strategically designed to link these communities with wider markets and connect them with new buyers, helping them achieve sustainable growth.

Sustained Government Support for MSMEs

The DTI continues its commitment to supporting agrarian reform beneficiaries through comprehensive enterprise development assistance. This support includes vital training programs, product and market development initiatives, business consultancy services, and improved access to common service facilities. This holistic approach aims to ensure the long-term viability of MSMEs and ARBOs, strengthening the foundation of the local economy in Central Luzon.
