PNP Seizes ₱30M Equipment in Pampanga Raid

The Philippine National Police (PNP), through its Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), served a search warrant against a firm in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga on May 6, 2026, resulting in the arrest of one individual and the recovery of manufacturing equipment and food products valued at ₱30 million.

Operation Details

Acting on a warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court in San Fernando City, personnel of the CIDG Pampanga Provincial Field Unit, supported by other police units and regulatory government agencies, conducted the operation at a facility linked to a company under investigation for alleged violations of food and drug regulations.

One male individual was arrested during the operation. According to a press statement from the PNP, other identified incorporators were not present at the time and will be subject to further legal proceedings.

Seized Items

Authorities recovered various production equipment and materials, including:

  • Storage tanks
  • Mixing and blending systems
  • Boilers
  • Filtration units
  • Food extract products

The PNP stated that the seized items remain secured on-site to preserve evidence for ongoing investigations.

PNP Chief, General Jose Melencio C. Nartatez Jr., emphasized that the operation reflects the organization’s commitment to lawful and professional enforcement. “Ang ganitong operasyon ay patunay na tuloy-tuloy ang ating kampanya para protektahan ang publiko. We remain firm but fair in enforcing the law,” he said.
