The night concluded on a high note with an exciting raffle draw, where lucky employees won prizes ranging from household appliances to travel packages to destinations like Bohol, Boracay, and Vietnam.
A Look Back at Growth and Forward to Expansion
The event was more than just a party; it was a reflection on a year of resilience and strategic expansion. Alfie Torres, Vice President & Country Head for the Philippines, took the stage to share impressive growth metrics. “We started five years ago with only 50 agents, and now we are up to 2,298 and counting,” Torres revealed, underscoring the company's rapid scaling.
He also announced concrete plans for the future, stating, “We are launching our third site in the first quarter of next year, and for 2026, there are more locations planned within the Philippines.” This statement points to a significant ongoing investment in the local BPO landscape.
Another company executive, Ramesh Kumar, acknowledged the challenges the team overcame throughout the year. “This year has been very difficult. You braved earthquakes and storms, yet we grew from 800 to 900 people to now over 2,000,” he said, praising the Cebu team's resilience and consistent performance that has become a benchmark within the organization.
Ultimately, the celebration powerfully highlighted ContactPoint 360 Philippines' core values of teamwork, resilience, and employee engagement. As the company prepares for its next phase of expansion in 2026, this event solidified the foundation of recognizing and valuing its people as its greatest asset.
