A newly-constructed two-storey multi-purpose hall worth ₱3.6 million in Barangay San Roque was officially inaugurated on April 17, 2026. The facility, funded and built by the provincial government of Pampanga, aims to enhance service delivery at the barangay level.
Executive Assistant Angie Blanco represented Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda and Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda during the ceremony. She was joined by former Board Member Ananias Canlas Jr., Barangay Captain Ariel Yabut, and other local officials.
The provincial government stated that the project was undertaken to fulfill a commitment made by former Governor Pineda to improve barangay-level services for the residents of San Roque.
In addition to the multi-purpose hall, a function hall funded through the local government unit’s 20% Development Fund and a Child Development Center constructed by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) were also inaugurated during the event.
