The project will be constructed along a major thoroughfare in Pasig City and developed through CLI Luzon Ventures Inc., a subsidiary focused on Luzon operations. This venture leverages CLI's extensive experience in Philippine real estate with NTTUDA's Japanese-inspired development standards, aiming to deliver high-quality urban living solutions.
NTTUDA is a subsidiary of NTT Urban Development Corp., the property arm of Japan's NTT Group, a global conglomerate. The multi-phase development is scheduled for launch by the end of 2026 and will feature eight residential towers integrated with retail spaces.
