Major Real Estate Expo in Clark Showcases P500 Million in Housing Projects

The Clark Freeport Zone witnessed a significant boost to its property sector as The Real Estate Construct & Furnishing Expo, held on November 22–23, 2025 at the SMX Clark Convention Center, successfully showcased an impressive P500 million worth of housing projects. This major event concluded with strong investor interest and firm commitments aimed at expanding both housing options and job opportunities for the growing workforce in Clark.

Event Highlights and Developer Participation

Organized by City Clark Production, the two-day exposition was a hub of activity, featuring 30 exhibitors who presented a diverse portfolio of more than 2,000 housing units. The available properties catered to a wide range of budgets, with prices starting from under P1 million and going up to P3 million. Beyond just housing, the expo also highlighted the latest in sustainable construction solutions and innovative furnishing ideas, providing a comprehensive look at modern living.

The event was formally inaugurated by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Clark Development Corporation (CDC) President Agnes Devanadera, alongside CDC Chairman Edgardo Pamintuan and other key officials. In her address, President Devanadera powerfully framed housing as a fundamental pillar for both workforce stability and regional economic growth.

"Accessible housing is not just a house—it is a home for all of us," Devanadera stated. She underscored the significant market potential by highlighting Clark's dynamic ecosystem, which includes 151,000 workers and 1,350 locator companies. "They have the purchasing power to invest in homes they can call their own," she added, further citing Pampanga's remarkably low one percent poverty rate as a clear indicator of strong consumer demand.

Expanding Reach and Future Plans for Clark

The expo's reach extended beyond Clark's immediate vicinity, featuring housing projects from across Pampanga and neighboring towns and cities such as:

  • Angeles
  • Mabalacat
  • Capas
  • Bamban
  • Porac
  • Bataan

The event also drew participation from a wide array of supporting industries, including:

  • Banks and financing institutions
  • Home supplies and furniture stores
  • CCTV and home security providers
  • Local handicraft artisans

Looking forward, the CDC announced concrete plans to collaborate with property developers and Clark locators to create specialized employee housing programs. The corporation also committed to hosting more real estate expos in the future, ensuring that the current momentum and growth within the region's property sector are not only maintained but accelerated.
