The PBBM Gabay ng Bayan Program has been officially launched at the Ilocos Norte Centennial Arena in Laoag City, marking a significant step in enhancing educational opportunities for Filipino students. Accelerated Learning and Dual Enrollment

He explained that students can now combine vocational and academic courses within the new Senior High School program, enabling a more flexible and efficient learning path. Additionally, he noted that students are eligible to apply for scholarships under this program, even if they already hold other scholarships.
