Cycles & Brew Kicks Off Decade Celebration with Unique Fitness Event
The popular Clark-based community hub, Cycles & Brew, is launching its 10th-anniversary celebrations in 2026 with an exciting new event series. The festivities begin with the Coffee Run & Rave, the first installment of the all-new Brew Run Series designed to energize the endurance community in Central Luzon.
This one-of-a-kind event, which fuses fitness, music, and coffee culture, is scheduled for January 25, 2026. It will be held at the Filinvest Mimosa+ Leisure City in Clark, marking a significant milestone for an organization that has spent a decade uniting cyclists, runners, and coffee lovers.
More Than a Race: An Immersive Experience
The Coffee Run & Rave promises to be more than just a running competition. Organizers are creating an immersive experience where the energizing aroma of freshly brewed coffee meets the high-energy pulse of a race. Participants can choose from fun and competitive categories, including 10K and 21K distances, with special awards for top finishers in various age groups.
The celebration, however, truly begins at the finish line. Every participant is invited to a unique Coffee Rave Party featuring four celebrity DJs. The lineup of DJs will be announced in the coming weeks, building anticipation for this unforgettable post-race party.
This event is just the beginning. The Brew Run Series will continue with the Cycles & Brew Beer Mile in June 2026, another unique event that celebrates the spirited combination of endurance and craft beer culture.
Race Directors Aim for World-Class Local Events
Race Director Jumbo Tayag shared his enthusiasm for the return of GoRacePH to the local running scene. He stated that the event is a way to reconnect with a running community that has grown to become the largest in the Philippines. Drawing from his personal experience running in international events like the Tokyo Marathon and Macau International Marathon, Tayag emphasized their goal.
"Our goal is to bring that same level of passion, precision, and excitement to local races," Tayag said. "Cycles & Brew has always been about community building, and that spirit will continue through this series. We promise to make the Coffee Run & Rave a memorable experience for all runners."
Echoing this sentiment, Athlete Services Director and Coach Kap Abe Tayag expressed that organizing runs again feels like coming home. After running the Berlin Marathon in 2024 and participating in other international endurance events, he aims to share those global experiences through locally organized events.
"GoRacePH has always been about giving athletes memorable, well-executed experiences that bring out the best in them," Coach Abe stated. "We’re excited to channel that same energy into themed events like the Brew Run Series, which reconnects people to the joy of movement and community."
The overarching mission of the Brew Run Series is to unite the endurance community through fun, themed runs that reflect the energetic lifestyle Cycles & Brew is known for. The Coffee Run & Rave will officially set the tone for an extraordinary 2026, celebrating ten years of adventure and camaraderie in Clark Freeport.
