The Philippine Fleet confirmed the vessel's arrival and stay, which began on February 13 and will continue until February 16, 2026.

High-Level Discussions and Courtesy Calls

The Australian delegation, headed by HMAS Toowoomba's commanding officer, Commander Alicia Harrison, paid a courtesy call on Philippine Fleet head Rear Admiral Joe Anthony Orbe. During their engagement, discussions centered on expanding maritime cooperation between the two navies, enhancing interoperability, and identifying opportunities for future joint activities.
