Major General Jose Vladimir Cagara, commander of the 6th Infantry Division and Joint Task Force (JTF)-Central, presided over the ceremonial Donning of Ranks on Monday, March 9, 2026. The event took place at the 1MBde headquarters in Sitio Bombaran, Togaig village, where Majors Chito Wamil, Victor Donque, and Conrado Banjo Mamaradlo Jr. were formally promoted to lieutenant colonel.
