Toledo police arrest 'bad boy' with unlicensed revolver

Police in Toledo City arrested a man known locally as the "bad boy" of his neighborhood during a raid on his home Tuesday evening, June 30, 2026, in Sitio Laguna, Barangay Bato. Intelligence operatives from the Toledo City Police Station executed a search warrant issued by Judge Jeffrey Ocang, Vice Executive Judge of RTC Branch 59 in Toledo City, at Kyamko's residence. During the search, authorities recovered a homemade .38 revolver containing three live rounds of ammunition.

According to police, Kyamko had long been the subject of complaints from neighbors for frequently harassing people in the area and walking around carrying a weapon. The arrest followed an investigation that led to the procurement of the search warrant.
