The City of Lapu-Lapu has achieved a significant milestone, being recognized as the first Highly Urbanized City (HUC) in the entire Region 7 to receive the prestigious DILG SubayBAYANI Siete Award for 2025. This honor was officially conferred on December 17, 2025.
