An official of the Angeles City Local Government Fact-Finding Task Force clarified that all rubble recovered from the collapsed building in Barangay Balibago is stored in a single warehouse, addressing concerns about potential theft or illegal removal of materials.
No Reports of Stolen Materials
Lawyer Darwin Reyes, Special Legal Adviser of the task force, stated that there have been no reports of any materials being stolen or illegally taken from the incident site. He emphasized that all recovered debris has been preserved as part of the ongoing investigation.
Press Conference on Probe Updates
Mayor Jon Lazatin called for a press conference on Wednesday to allow the task force to provide updates regarding the ongoing probe. During the briefing, Reyes explained that maintaining the integrity of the materials is crucial, as they may serve as key evidence in fact-finding and other related examinations.
