Drug Operations Yield Substantial Seizures
According to a report by Police Colonel Abubakar Mangelen Jr., chief of the CPPO, 57 people were apprehended in 43 separate drug operations. During these raids, law enforcement confiscated 100.44 grams of shabu and 3.25 grams of marijuana. In enforcing city ordinances, the operation recorded the highest number of arrests, with 1,425 individuals detained. This resulted in the government collecting P778,500 in fines from those found in violation. Additionally, 50 wanted persons were captured during the operation, including six classified as most wanted.
