Addressing High Devotee Influx in Key Religious Sites
Cebu Province is renowned as a major destination for Catholic devotees during Semana Santa, owing to its numerous religious landmarks and significant events. Notably, the sugat celebration in Minglanilla City, recognized as the sugat capital of Central Visayas, attracts large crowds, necessitating robust security and traffic management plans.
