Details of the Arrests and Charges

The first most wanted person, identified as alias Charl, 23, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. in Barangay Zone 2, Sta. Barbara. He faces charges of rape by sexual assault under Republic Act 7610 and two counts of statutory rape under the Revised Penal Code. A warrant issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 30 on February 13, 2026, set bail at P120,000 for one charge, with no bail recommended for the others. He is currently in the custody of Sta. Barbara Municipal Police Station (MPS).

At 8:39 a.m., the seventh most wanted person, alias Boy, 35, was apprehended in Barangay San Julian, Janiuay. A farmer with a live-in partner, he was arrested for murder under Article 248 of the Revised Penal Code, based on a warrant issued on March 16, 2021. No bail was recommended, and he is held at Janiuay MPS.

The eighth most wanted person, alias Arlyn, 51, was captured at 11:55 a.m. in Barangay Cali, Dumangas. She faces three counts of violating the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act, with no bail recommended. She is under the custody of Dumangas MPS for proper case disposition.
