Suspects Identified

PDEA 7 Director Joel Plaza identified the suspects as alias JL, aged 29, who was the primary target of the operation, and alias Jhun, aged 22. Both individuals are employed as macho dancers at a local bar and are residents of Sityo Ponce I in Barangay Carreta, Cebu City.

Contraband Seized

Authorities confiscated a significant amount of illegal substances from the suspects during the operation. The seized items included:

  • Four disposable vape cartridges containing Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), commonly known as marijuana oil. These cartridges weighed a total of 125 grams and have an estimated street value of P25,000.
  • Two packages of suspected shabu, weighing approximately 7 grams, with an estimated value of P47,600.
  • An assortment of party drugs valued at P3,400.

The total estimated value of all confiscated contraband exceeds P76,000, highlighting the scale of the drug-related activities involved.
