Drug Busts Yield Substantial Seizures
In a targeted crackdown on illegal narcotics, police conducted four separate operations in the municipalities of Arayat, Sta. Ana, and Candaba. These efforts led to the apprehension of four individuals involved in drug-related activities. During the raids, authorities confiscated a total of 4.22 grams of shabu, with an estimated street value of ?28,696. This seizure represents a notable blow to local drug trafficking networks and highlights the effectiveness of police intelligence and ground operations.
Wanted Persons Apprehended Across Multiple Jurisdictions
Simultaneously, the Pampanga PPO intensified its pursuit of individuals with outstanding warrants. Police stations in Porac, Mabalacat City, and Arayat successfully arrested three wanted persons, each facing distinct criminal charges. The charges include:
- Reckless imprudence resulting in serious physical injuries and damage to property, with a recommended bail set at P30,000.
- Violation of Batas Pambansa Blg. 22 (commonly known as the Bouncing Checks Law), carrying a bail of P6,000.
- Slight physical injuries, reflecting a range of offenses addressed by law enforcement.
