The Philippine National Police (PNP) has implemented a new reshuffle of several high-ranking officials. According to an order released, Directorate for Education and Training (DET) Deputy Director Police Brigadier General Arnold Ibay has been appointed as the new chief of the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO). Meanwhile, Police Brigadier General Randy Arceo will be reassigned to the Personnel Holding and Accountability Unit (PHAU).
Key Appointments
Replacing Ibay as DET Deputy Director is PNP Academy Deputy Director Police Brigadier General Romeo Berango. Additionally, Directorate for Research and Development (DRD) Executive Officer Police Brigadier General Francisco Ebreo will take over Berango's position.
Police Brigadier General Gonzalo Villamor Jr. has been designated as the new DRD Executive Officer. Furthermore, Police Regional Office–Cordillera Administrative Region Deputy Director for Operations Police Colonel Ledon Monte has been appointed as the PNP Commandant of Cadets.
These changes are part of the PNP's ongoing efforts to enhance leadership and operational efficiency within the organization.
