By utilizing the eGovPH mobile application, beneficiaries can now easily reserve appointments to receive aid from DSWD FO 7, reducing wait times and simplifying the process.
How to Access AICS Support via the eGovPH App
Interested residents must first download the eGovPH application from the Google Play Store or App Store to initiate the appointment scheduling process. Once installed, users can book appointments and access AICS services such as medical and funeral assistance. However, it is important to note that an interview and assessment by a social worker will still be conducted to determine the client's eligibility for the requested aid, ensuring that support is directed to those most in need.
