The National Capital Region (NCR) continues to dominate the Palarong Pambansa 2026, leading the partial and unofficial medal tally as of 7:00 PM on May 28, 2026. According to records, NCR tops the list with 32 gold, 21 silver, and 28 bronze medals for a total of 81 medals.

Top Regions in the Medal Standings

Region IV-A (CALABARZON) holds second place with 25 gold, 20 silver, and 15 bronze medals, totaling 60 medals. Region VI (Western Visayas) follows with 14 gold, 14 silver, and 12 bronze medals for a total of 40 medals.

Region VII (Central Visayas) is in fourth place with 13 gold, 14 silver, and 16 bronze medals (43 total), while Region III (Central Luzon) rounds out the top five with 10 gold, 7 silver, and 8 bronze medals (25 total).

Other Notable Performances

The Negros Island Region (NIR) has accumulated 27 medals, Region V (Bicol Region) has 26 medals, and Region X (Northern Mindanao) has 30 medals. In Mindanao, Region XIII (Caraga) recorded 25 medals, while Region XI (Davao Region) has 23 medals. Region VIII (Eastern Visayas) has 22 medals, and Region I (Ilocos Region) has 20 medals.
