Hot on NCR's heels is Region IV-A (CALABARZON) in second place with 13 gold, 13 silver, and 9 bronze medals, totaling 35. Region VII (Central Visayas) ranks third with 8 gold, 8 silver, and 7 bronze (23 total), while Region VI (Western Visayas) is fourth with 27 medals (7 gold, 10 silver, 10 bronze).
